Martin Marietta to Taft, Fl. ) rumbles through Osierfield, Ga. with a trio of SD40-2s in charge of 98 rock loads with the lead SD40-2 in the very attractive FEC Champion scheme followed by a CEFX SD40-2 & another FEC SD40-2 in the UP scheme making for a colorful consist, these will be very popular trains to chase among the train buff community including myself, looks like they will be used in rock train service but I hope they get used for other trains as well later on, CSXT has leased FEC SD70M-2s & SD40-2s for a while so hopefully will be around a while for many captures |
