Description:  FCEN Northbound Freight Train has made a pull at an industry at Plymouth, Fl. & is about to make a static drop to put the box on the north end of GP18 #59. Static drops are where the car is left on the main with locomotive out of the way air is bled off the car, then when car gets rolling the conductor will be on the car to apply the hand brake to stop the car, then the locomotive will then recouple to the other end so they can go the opposite direction.
