William H. Davis Jr.	General	Yes, you can shoot here past noon, I'm not sure how early you can shoot here due to shadows, but there's another tunnel closer to I-20 not far east of the trestle over the Mississippi River you can shoot trains coming through as welll	1/30/2015 5:45:11 AM
